Common questions
Do I need an account to play?
No. You can play 301 singles right now without signing up. A free account unlocks 501, Cricket, and participation in venue events. Pro adds doubles, 3-player free-for-all, full game history, career stats, and AI practice.
What counts as a "venue"?
Any place that runs organised darts — a pub, club, recreational league, or private event. The Venue plan covers your whole organisation and all your staff accounts.
Is there a free trial?
Paid plans aren't available yet — we're still in early access. If you'd like to try the Venue plan, reach out and we'll set you up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
